Standardized Aid Systems (SAS)
The SAS-W2500 is our unit for the purpose of water purification. The unit is the result of three years of development and testing, was presented at the international trade fair Interschutz 2022 in Hannover, and tested in a joint exercise together with THW SEEWA, B-FAST, and DEMA. The SAS-W2500 uses multi-stage filtration. A modular system enables the user to implement various filtration and desinfection processes including sediment filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, active charcoal, uv-light desinfection and a chlorination module. A newly developed automated filter cleaning ensures long-standing times without manual interference. The reliability and durability of the product are emphasized by having no electrical instruments in the gasoline version.
