A lot has happened in the past months. We have been setting up our manufacturing facility, starting the production of the first series of our mobile water purification unit (SAS-W2500) and testing the units in emergency scenario trainings.
In order to guarantee the drinking water supply in case of a disaster, emergency services regularly train their ability to provide effective assistance in catastrophe situations. We had the honour to bring our units to service in such a joint exercise together with THW SEEWA, B-FAST from Belgium and the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA). First of all, we would like to thank all participants for the great and respectful cooperation, the lasting impressions and insights as well as the great moments during this weekend. Furthermore, our micro filtration unit with up to nine parallel or sequentially operating filter units from 500 µm to 0.2 µm and self-cleaning mechanism was able to convince with its performance, functionality, resilience and fast adaptability. In the meantime, we are represented by our colleague Johannes who is evaluating use cases in Central America.
These have been intense but exciting months, during which we have shed a lot of sweat and blood to see our machines roll from the production line straight into their purposeful use. We are still processing the incredible amount of impressions and feedback we received from both organisations and active stakeholders and are enthusiastic about what the coming months will bring. We couldn’t have gotten this far without your support.
